• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information. We are not liable for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect information provided by you.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Our products are shipped internationally, and estimated delivery times are provided for reference only. Actual delivery may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.
• Typical delivery windows will be shown at checkout or in your order confirmation. Delays beyond these estimates do not, by themselves, entitle you to a refund, though you may contact us to check the status of your order.
• Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier, except where applicable consumer protection law provides otherwise.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

• For orders shipped outside the country of origin, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
